Main performance parameters and characteristics
Protection grade: IP54, full cast aluminum shell, with waterproof sealing ring protection.
The 32-bit high-performance CPU can effectively manage the operation of the controller in time and provide protection function.
Advanced current and voltage calibration methods bring more accurate control and protection.
Programming function: the user can configure more than 70 parameters, which can be configured by handheld programmer to meet the different needs of customers.
Downhill speed limit and anti slip function: when driving downhill, it shall not exceed the allowable maximum speed, and when parking on a slope, it shall limit the speed of reverse slip.
High pedal detection function: when the controller is powered on, detect that the accelerator input exceeds the accelerator dead band and enter the protection state; Prevent sudden driving of the vehicle due to accelerator failure or misoperation.
Overvoltage protection function: in case of bus overvoltage, vehicle action is prohibited to protect motor and controller.
Undervoltage deceleration function: when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the controller enters the protection state, the driving current and maximum speed are halved, and the alarm and output are cut off after 3 minutes;
Temperature protection function: over temperature protection: when the radiator temperature is higher than the set value, the controller enters the protection state and gives an alarm (the current at 75 ℃ is halved and the output is cut off at 85 ℃).
Current limiting function: whether in driving state or regenerative braking state, it has current limiting function.
Emergency stop function: in case of emergency, the vehicle can quickly enter the parking state.
Emergency reverse function: in the running state, turn on the emergency reverse switch to enable the vehicle to quickly enter the reverse driving state.
Constant speed cruise function: in the running state, turn on the constant speed cruise switch and the vehicle enters the cruise state.
Diagnostic function: the running state of the whole vehicle can be observed through LED status light or handheld programmer.
Two operation modes are supported: the operation mode can be switched through the mode switch to facilitate operation under different conditions.
Cart function: close the cart switch to release the electromagnetic brake to facilitate cart.
Electromagnetic brake detection function: electromagnetic brake short circuit or open circuit detection to ensure effective braking.
Backward buzzer function: in the backward process, it can drive the buzzer with small current.
Load compensation function: ensure smooth driving on slopes or across obstacles.
Voltage compensation function: eliminate the difference of maximum driving speed under different battery voltage.
